ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client works with financial management and is currently on an exciting growth journey in the Swedish market. The company is publicly listed abroad and aims to continue growing in 2025. You will be welcomed into a family-like team located in a nice office hotel in Södermalm, where there are excellent opportunities for development within the company, provided you have the right drive and attitude.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work on behalf of our client. We are looking for someone who can work approximately 8-12 hours a week and full-time during the summer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of economy assistant, you will work with:

Accounts payable
Invoice management
Receipt handling
Bank reconciliations in Fortnox
Other ad hoc tasks related to the role

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Is studying finance at an academic level, with studies expected to continue for at least another year
Has previous work experience
Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you:

Have previous work experience in finance
Have experience with Visma and/or Fortnox
