We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant who wants to take on an exciting assignment within accounts receivable and accounts payable for a publicly listed company.

The consulting assignment is full-time and is expected to start in mid-April. It runs for six months with the possibility of extension or takeover. The company is located in newly renovated premises in Östermalm, central Stockholm. In this role, you will be part of a wonderful and close-knit team in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable flow based on the applicable approval and credit policy for the group. You will work independently with both flows. The work is done in Navison.

Examples of tasks included in the position are:

• Accounts receivable work
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Reminder and collection management
• Reconciliation of balance accounts
• Reconciliation at year-end
• Accounts payable work
• Posting and handling of supplier invoices in the invoicing system Centsoft
• Supplier payments
• Support to the business internally

Your background

We are looking for someone with previous experience working as an Accounts Assistant and with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Since you need to be able to work independently and understand both flows, we see that you have at least three years of experience. It is an advantage if you have worked with a lot of transactions and in service companies. We do not require a specific system, but you generally need to have a high level of system understanding and good knowledge of the entire Office suite, with a focus on Excel. You are fluent in Swedish, and it is also desirable if you have a good understanding of English in both spoken and written form.

As a person, you are cheerful and positive. It is important that you thrive in a company in a changing environment and enjoy having your own area of responsibility while also being part of a team. You are meticulous, structured, and very solution-oriented.
