About the position

Perido is now looking for a personnel administrator for an assignment with our client, an authority operating under the Ministry of Climate and Enterprise. The authority works in Sweden, within the EU, and globally. You will be based at the client's office located in Sundbyberg. In this assignment, you can work 40-60% depending on what suits you.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities include managing and extracting payroll lists via the payroll system Primula. The authority collaborates with the Swedish Agency for Government Employers for the payroll processing, but you will be an important contact person for answering questions from employees and managers regarding payroll and personnel administration.

Furthermore, you will handle personnel decisions and release cases, primarily related to payroll. You will also assist with meeting administration, including booking meetings, keeping track of the calendar, and writing meeting notes. Organization is central to this role, as you will work on cleaning and structuring physical documents, ensuring order in the archives, and updating guides.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent education
• At least one (1) year of work experience as a personnel administrator
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Knowledge of the HR system Primula
• Familiarity with laws and regulations in the field
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Scope and start date

Part-time 40-60%, consulting assignment until 2025-05-24, with a chance of extension. Immediate start.
