About the role

As a Consultant Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, matching, and coaching healthcare personnel while ensuring that our clients receive the right competence at the right time. You will work closely with both staff and healthcare providers to build long-term relationships and ensure high quality in our staffing services.

Your responsibilities include:

✅ Recruiting and placing nurses and doctors for assignments

✅ Relationship building and personnel responsibility for consultants in healthcare staffing

✅ Business development and sales towards both new and existing clients

✅ Administrative management of contracts, scheduling, and follow-up

✅ Ensuring high client and consultant satisfaction

We are looking for someone who

✔ Has experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales, preferably within the healthcare sector

✔ Is a strong communicator and skilled at building long-term relationships

✔ Thrives in a fast-paced role and has a structured working method

✔ Is results-oriented and driven to find solutions for both clients and consultants

✔ Has good computer skills and administrative abilities
