The workplace

Skogsgläntan preschool is a newly built preschool with six departments, located in central Nordmaling by the sea. The proximity to forest and sea creates great opportunities for conducting teaching in the nearby nature.

The role and responsibilities

The role of the preschool teacher consists of teaching, leading, and challenging the children's group based on the curriculum and school law. In collaboration with the workgroup, you will be responsible for driving and developing the pedagogical work at the preschool. An important part of the work is the ability to build good relationships and collaborate with guardians.

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for planning, teaching, documenting, evaluating, and continuously ensuring the quality of education.

Your profile

The requirements we have for you to work as a preschool teacher are that you have a preschool teacher education with a license. Experience in working with clarifying pedagogy & TAKK is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to teach a group of children aged 1 - 5 years. Important qualities for this position are that you are flexible and have a good ability to build good relationships with other people, both children, colleagues, and parents. You should be able to work independently, but also have a great ability to collaborate with other educators at the preschool. We also see that you contribute with good and innovative ideas that can help the operation develop in a positive direction.

The employment

Temporary position, 100%. Start date 2025-08-04 until 2025-12-31.

Due to the Law on suitability control, an extract from the criminal and suspicion register must be presented before employment.
