Here is an opportunity for you who want to work at a small village preschool with proximity to forests and other scenic surroundings. You will work in a team of five educators and have significant influence over your educational activities.

Kullerbyttan is located in the village of Håknäs, ten kilometers from Nordmaling. Currently, there are two departments.

The Role and Responsibilities

The role of the preschool teacher involves teaching, leading, and challenging the children based on the Curriculum and Education Act. In collaboration with the team, you will be responsible for driving and developing the educational work at the preschool. An important part of the job is the ability to build good relationships and collaborate with guardians.

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for planning, teaching, documenting, evaluating, and continuously ensuring the quality of education.

Your Profile

The requirements for working as a preschool teacher are that you have a preschool teacher education with a license. Experience from preschool operations and experience in working with clarifying pedagogy & TAKK is advantageous.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to teach a group of children aged 1 - 5 years. Important qualities for this position are flexibility and a good ability to build strong relationships with others, including children, colleagues, and parents. You should be able to work independently but also have a strong ability to collaborate with other educators at the preschool. We also expect you to contribute good and innovative ideas that can help the organization develop positively.
