About Frösunda Omsorg

Frösunda Omsorg is one of Sweden's leading care providers. We offer support in personal assistance and to people with disabilities, as well as individual and family care. Our goal is to create the best possible quality of life for those we serve. Our core values permeate everything we do - Respect, Commitment, and Curiosity.

As part of NHC Group's Individual and Family division, we are part of a larger context where we collectively develop and strengthen quality work. Our quality team plays a central role. The team works closely with the operations to ensure that we comply with legal requirements, guidelines, and best practices.

We are now recruiting for a team where quality and improvement work are in focus - with the ambition to deliver cutting-edge care.

About the role

As a quality developer, you have a central role in developing and ensuring the quality of our operations. You work closely with managers and employees to analyze, improve, and follow up on our quality work, particularly within foster homes and HVB. The role is operational and requires a good ability to translate analysis into concrete improvement measures.

Your tasks:

  • Analyze the operations and identify development opportunities.
  • Propose and drive quality improvements based on collected data and evidence-based practice.
  • Review contracts and documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements and guidelines.
  • Investigate and prevent incidents by analyzing the relationship between incidents and quality.
  • Support managers in their quality work.
  • Work in digital systems for documentation and follow-up.
  • Train and guide colleagues to strengthen quality work throughout the organization.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in social work or another equivalent education in behavioral science.
  • Experience in quality work within the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS) and Individual and Family services, particularly within foster homes and HVB.
  • Knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act with Special Provisions on Care of Young People (LVU), and the requirements of the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO).
  • Experience in implementing and following up on interventions based on social services requirements.
  • Experience in authority exercise within social psychiatry or LSS.
  • Strong analytical and communicative skills.
  • Familiarity with digital systems for documentation and follow-up.
  • The ability to work independently, create structure, and drive improvement work.
  • A commitment to quality and development.

What we offer

We offer a permanent full-time position, based at one of our offices in Sweden. Travel may occur to our operations and the head office in Stockholm.

With us, you will be part of an engaged quality team where we continuously develop our work. We offer a dynamic work environment, professional development, and the opportunity to truly impact people's quality of life.
