Responsibilities

We are now looking for an employee to join our Automotive & Rail Desk team, which currently consists of 5 members.

This is a developing and exciting role where you will be responsible for managing our automotive and railway customers' transport needs, which includes everything from booking to invoicing. In your role, you represent DHL Freight in every customer contact, so it is important that you have a genuine sense of service and quality, as well as good Swedish and English skills in both spoken and written form.

We are staffed weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 2-hour reduction in working hours and rotating phone coverage outside of working hours. There may be some work on public holidays.

The position is located in Helsingborg.
