Scania Sweden AB, Region South is responsible for the market in the Skåne region. We have facilities in Malmö, Helsingborg, Lund, and Tomelilla, and we offer our customers first-class products along with service and service offerings.

Your responsibilities

For our service facility in Helsingborg, we are looking for a goal-oriented and committed service manager. Your main responsibility is to operationally lead the workshop's activities to maximize customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and business results.

For Scania's service managers, maintaining and developing customer relationships is a natural part of everyday life, and our service should instill great confidence in our customers. The role includes developing our workflows, increasing service sales, and leading and coaching the staff. The facility currently consists of 37 employees, both office staff and workshop employees.

In this role, you will be responsible for financial operational management; forecasting, results, and key performance indicator follow-up. You will also be responsible for the safety, health, and working environment of the operation as well as property issues. The role includes participating in an operations management team together with representatives from vehicle sales, and you will also be part of the Scania Region South management group, where you contribute to the region's overall business and development.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and at least a few years of documented experience as a manager. To succeed in this role, we also see that you have experience from the service market and good knowledge of the heavy truck and bus industry.

You are positive and inspiring, focused and goal-oriented, and you are eager to take initiatives. You have a strong interest in good customer service and holistic business, and you have the ability to work both operationally and strategically, with a focus on the operational side.

Your leadership is clear, and you feel a strong commitment to leading and coaching others. Your surroundings describe you as a team player with the ability to create and maintain relationships.

Collaboration within the region is important. We work across the boundaries of service, sales, and together with the other service workshops. Therefore, we see that you are both open and flexible and enjoy broadening your perspective. Of course, you communicate well in both spoken and written Swedish and English. A B driver's license is a requirement, while a C and/or D license is an advantage, and you have general computer skills.
