Job Description

In the role of administrator in our Order Flow & Aftersales department, you play a key role towards our customers. You are the face of BAUHAUS and meet people with different needs and expectations daily – therefore, it is important that you are service-oriented, professional, and enjoy providing support in various situations.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Daily contact with suppliers and transport companies
  • Handling complaints
  • Ensuring that customer cases are handled quickly and effectively
  • Administrative tasks related to aftersales

You will be part of a dedicated team that works together to create a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. With BAUHAUS's wide and dynamic range, no day looks the same – you will thrive here if you appreciate variety and pace!

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English, especially spoken
  • Good computer skills

Upon employment, we require a criminal record extract.
