We are looking for a Procurement Consultant with expertise in the construction and real estate sector for an assignment in Stockholm.

This is a consulting assignment that lasts until the end of October. Full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The client has an immediate need for an experienced procurement consultant with high competence. The assignments aim to support the client's procurement function with complex procurements primarily in the areas of construction and real estate as well as land and civil engineering, but other types of procurements may also be relevant.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities involve the consultant conducting procurements throughout the entire process, which includes: · collaborating with a reference group to develop a complete procurement document · advertising the procurement, managing questions and answers during the bidding period · evaluating bids · negotiating with suppliers · preparing procurement reports and award decisions · signing contracts · being available for questions during the contract standstill period and throughout the contract duration.

Requirements (NOTE, mandatory)

At least 5 years of experience in procurements, including in construction and real estate and land and civil engineering. Solid experience in managing complex procurements within the public sector. Good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) through education. A minimum of a two-year purchasing education with elements of public procurement and LOU, completed relevant courses in public procurement with training on LOU, a law degree, or equivalent from any of the listed alternatives. Experience with the procurement tool TendSign by independently (in one's own name) having conducted at least five procurements in the system over the past three years. High stress tolerance and good teamwork skills through the ability to manage multiple parallel procurements.
