About the Position:

Are you a car enthusiast with experience in the automotive industry, or a service advisor looking for new challenges? Then this position might be for you! The role of a service advisor will have a strong focus on customer contact, which will also be a recurring area throughout the work. Tasks may include: Assisting customers with various questions about car parts, to advising on different service jobs. Handling administrative tasks such as creating work orders and ordering spare parts.

Qualifications:

Good familiarity with any of the following systems: (KOBRA, CABAS, WINASSIST).
Relatively good knowledge of spare parts.
Technical knowledge of passenger cars.
Structured work approach.
Manual B driver's license.

Who We Are:

We are a staffing and recruitment company specialized in the automotive industry. We have close collaborations with several large workshops and car dealerships across Sweden. The position is full-time with working hours scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.
