Salesperson/Account Manager at Meridion

About Meridion

Meridion was founded in 2005 and is a consulting company with 35 employees, possessing strong expertise in the Infor M3 business system and the Qlik decision support system. We primarily work with large companies in manufacturing, distribution, and automotive, both in Sweden and internationally. We drive improvement work through innovative and IT technical solutions. Our goal is to optimize business processes and strengthen our customers' profitability. In June 2024, we established ourselves in Stockholm, an exciting step in our continued expansion. With a stable presence in Gothenburg and Anderstorp, we are now looking for a driven salesperson and account manager to join our team in Stockholm.

About the position

• Independently drive the entire sales chain, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships in areas such as digitalization, supply chain management, cloud solutions, and business resource planning.

• Continuously analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to help them optimize their business processes.

• Collaborate with our team and contribute to driving sales and expansion in Stockholm.

About you

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT or technology, where you have independently driven the entire sales chain with successful results.

• A strong interest in sales and a drive to learn and understand new solutions and technologies.

• A confident personality that can navigate unfamiliar environments and build trust quickly.

• The ability to take responsibility and structure your own work effectively.

• A post-secondary education in sales and marketing.

• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written (meriting if you speak additional Nordic languages).

• Previous experience in sales management, coaching, or interactive group training is a big plus!
