Technical Sales Representative for a Fast-Growing Company
Do you want to be part of a fast-growing company that focuses on the future of barcode solutions? Are you passionate about B2B sales and building long-term customer relationships? We are looking for a driven and business-oriented technical sales representative who wants to help develop our consumption category within label sales and/or within the field of barcode solutions and hardware.
About the Role
As a technical sales representative with us, you will be a key player in our expansion. You will have a varied and challenging role where you will both prospect new customers and further develop existing customer relationships. You will work with the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, and offer tailored solutions that help our customers streamline their operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and create new business opportunities through active prospecting.
- Further develop existing customers and drive upselling.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored label and barcode solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in warehousing, industry, and healthcare.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and partners.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you are a solution-oriented person with a strong business understanding. You enjoy building trust-based relationships and have experience working strategically to develop customers. Selling comprehensive solutions rather than individual products is an exciting challenge for you.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in B2B sales, preferably within labels, hardware, or technology. Experience from warehousing, logistics, or industry is a plus.
- Has documented sales successes and is accustomed to driving sales processes from start to finish.
- Is a self-driven and proactive person who thrives with freedom under responsibility.
- Has experience with CRM systems and structured prospecting work.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Has a valid driver's license (B)

The focus here is on label sales as it accounts for a large part of the turnover, and we see a very large potential in the category.
