About the team & role As a management consultant at Keen & Able, you play a central role in delivering high-quality consulting services. You will be part of a dedicated team of currently 9 consultants with ambitions to grow in 2025. Your main responsibilities include consulting and project management with a strong commercial focus. You will conduct investigations, provide strategic recommendations, and lead projects that create added value and increased profitability for clients. Additionally, you are expected to identify business opportunities and develop strategies that meet clients' needs and goals. The role includes project management across various industries where you will use your analytical skills to solve complex challenges.

About you We are looking for someone who has the ability to see the long-term significance of businesses and thinks from a strategic perspective. You have a strong aptitude for analysis and business strategies and can easily understand complex problems and find solutions. This role is based on close collaboration both internally and externally, so it is important that you are good at communicating and enjoy working with others. Additionally, you can independently and purposefully structure and organize your work. Finally, you should thrive in an innovative environment where you are encouraged to come up with ideas and have the opportunity to challenge and change.

In addition to your personal qualities, we see that you have:

• A university degree, such as a master's in business administration or engineering, preferably with a focus on industrial economics or purchasing/business law.
• At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a role within purchasing, sales, or project management. Experience at a Big 4 firm is a plus!
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience in strategic work as a management consultant is advantageous. It is also beneficial if you have worked with financial analysis and contract negotiation.
