Strategic Account Manager at Astra Zeneca

About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager at Astra Zeneca, you will develop and implement account strategies, prioritize high-value accounts, collaborate with local brand teams, analyze market data and insights, and build strategic partnerships within the therapeutic area to improve care and market positioning. The position offers the possibility of remote work and is home-based.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an academic degree or equivalent in business administration or the healthcare sector. You have at least three years of experience in the healthcare sector or pharmaceutical industry. You have proven expertise in sales and customer interaction as well as knowledge in project management and omnichannel strategies. You are data-driven and possess excellent skills in Swedish and English. A strong grasp of health economics and digital tools like Veeva is essential, along with a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in building strategic partnerships within the therapeutic area is preferred. Knowledge of market dynamics, industry trends, and healthcare policy is advantageous. Additionally, it is positive if you have worked with analyzing market research and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. A background in delivering value-based sales and demonstrating an adaptive strategy in a dynamic environment is also desirable.
