Aslak AB was founded in 2018 and is a family-run company that has quickly grown to become a leading player in the purchase and export of cars in Europe. The company currently consists of five people and is in an expansion phase with a focus on continued growth. Our business is built on a broad network of contacts, and we strive daily to make car transactions easier and safer for our customers. With a passion for development and efficiency, we work to meet customer needs and create long-term relationships.
As a Salesperson & Team Leader at Aslak AB, you will play a central role in the company's continued success. You will combine active sales with leading and coaching a team that currently consists of two salespeople. The role requires a person who is ready to roll up their sleeves, create business, and at the same time take responsibility for the team's development and structure.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a sales team of two people, with the potential to grow in the future.
- Sell actively yourself and contribute to the team's overall sales goals.
- Follow up on budgets and daily goals to ensure the team performs at its best.
- Hold meetings, ensure clear structures, and create action plans.
- Streamline work processes and develop the team's performance.
- Have personnel responsibility, including coaching, motivation, and follow-up.
- Drive focus on sales and develop both business and employees.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a natural leader who motivates and coaches their team towards success.
- Has a strong drive to achieve goals and is solution-oriented in a changing environment.
- Is a salesperson at heart – someone who not only leads but also creates results through their own efforts.
- Is structured and meticulous, with the ability to follow up on both budgets and daily goals.
- Has experience from the automotive industry – this is a merit, but not a requirement.
- Thrives in a family-oriented corporate culture and shows loyalty to both colleagues and the company.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on proactive sales.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a merit but not a requirement. The most important thing is the willingness and drive to learn.
- Driver's license (B).
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
