Customer Service Representative at Effektiv in Borås

Do you want to work in a role where service, communication, and problem-solving are at the forefront? As a customer service representative, you will have a varied role where you help customers, solve problems, and contribute to a first-class customer experience – every day!

What does the role offer?

As a customer service representative, you will be the face of the company and play a central role in creating a positive experience for customers. You will work with customer service, problem-solving, and administration, always putting the customer's needs first. Together with your colleagues in sales, logistics, and finance, you will ensure top-notch service and support.

Common tasks include:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails, as well as managing visits and mail handling.
  • Informing customers about products, prices, and delivery times.
  • Registering and following up on customer cases in the CRM system and managing orders, including EDI orders for Sweden and Norway.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

In this role, you will be employed by us at Effektiv and work with our client just outside Borås. The assignment is initially for one year, with a chance for extension.

Who are you?

We see that you have relevant experience in customer service or administrative work. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are familiar with CRM and business systems. Experience with order management and EDI flows is a plus.
