We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the one we need for our team. We are now looking for someone who can work extra during the spring and then more during the summer when our regular staff is on vacation. The working hours will be about 5 hours/week during the spring and about 25 hours/week during the summer. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cashier work and customer service to restocking and restructuring the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and to contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cashier tasks, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventories)
• to maintain order and cleanliness.
