Your role

As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' rental car experience from booking and pickup to return, as well as handle follow-ups and inquiries.

Working hours

You and your colleagues will work on a rotating schedule alternating between opening and closing shifts, as well as weekend work every other week.

The station's opening hours are:

Weekdays: 07:00-19:00

Saturdays: 08:00-15:00

Sundays: 12:00-16:00

This position is a temporary employment.

Your tasks

• Customer meetings over the counter, via phone, and email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Car washing and damage control.
• Administrative tasks.

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Category B driving license for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills.

Sixt rent a car was started in Munich by the Sixt family in 1912. Sixt went public in the mid-1980s and became the market leader in several European countries, especially in Germany.
