We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the one we need for our team. We are now looking for summer staff who can work when our regular staff is on vacation. The working hours will be about 20 hours/week and the planned start is at the end of June. It would be great if you want to help us develop Rusta together!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cashier work and customer service to restocking and remodeling the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and to contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cashier work, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventories)
• to maintain order and cleanliness.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is over 18 years old and above all, you are a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop in your role as a salesperson with us at Rusta. Straightforward communication, an open atmosphere, and a cheerful disposition are natural for you. You have a strong sense of service and find it easy to collaborate. As a salesperson at Rusta, the right attitude and mindset are the most important.
