We are looking for someone with a holistic approach to retail. You should have an eye for detail and a heart that is passionate about store work. Smiling and greeting every customer should be second nature. We are a small store with a high turnover in a limited space. Therefore, it is important that you understand that efficiency, agility, and service are of great importance. We work at a fast pace, both because it is necessary and because we enjoy it. Things move quickly here, and we constantly want to raise our baseline for the store.

We are a wonderful ICA Nära store in Haga, Gothenburg, looking for a dedicated employee. We seek someone who wants to develop and take responsibility. In this position, you will have primary responsibility for the store's fresh produce, but you must also be able to take overall responsibility for the entire store on the days you are on duty.

It is important that you love working in a grocery store. You should be able to provide every customer with the service they expect, even during stressful lunch rushes. You will work at the checkout, stock items, maintain shelves, and manage the daily operations to keep ICA Haga at a top level. You will work alongside fantastic colleagues but also need to demonstrate that you can be independent in certain tasks. A commitment to the entire store is required.

We are looking for someone who enjoys planning, streamlining, and organizing their work but can also prioritize the store's best interests. You should have a team spirit and want to drive the company forward in its development.

This position is a temporary role for at least 1 year. We hope there will be an opportunity for extension.

The position is approximately 35 hours per week.

Your working hours may vary from 06:00 to 23:00 and will include weekends.

It is a requirement that you have previously worked at ICA and have the basic knowledge in my store, SO, and AoB.
