We are currently looking for more amazing customer service representatives for our center in Lindholmen, Gothenburg!

Responsibilities

In your role as a customer service representative, you will assist customers with various payment solutions. Your task will be to deliver top-notch customer service, and your day will be filled with questions regarding invoices and payment reminders, for example. The work mainly takes place via incoming phone calls, but emails may also occur.

The customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00, so your shifts will include daytime and evenings. The position starts with a paid training where you will learn both the technical side of the job and how to provide the best customer service.

About You

You are also efficient, take responsibility for your tasks, and easily adapt to new situations.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Basic computer skills
• Completed high school education
• Clean criminal record
• No payment remarks

Meritorious

• Previous experience in customer service or another service profession
• Interest in finance
