As a team leader in field sales at Quna, you will have a dynamic and responsible role where you combine strategic leadership with operational sales. You will be fully engaged in sales, both by driving your own sales and by leading, coaching, and developing our field sales team.

About the job:

Area of work: Gothenburg area

Working method: As a team leader at Quna, you will be a key player in driving our sales and expanding our customer base. You will work hands-on with the sales of our kombucha – everything from door-to-door sales to restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, yoga studios, and other relevant sales channels. 

Working hours: Flexible - 12:00-20:30

Your main responsibilities:

• Operational sales – You will be out in the field selling Quna's products to both new and existing customers.
• Sales strategy & growth – You will develop and implement strategies to maximize sales.
• Performance tracking – You will follow up on performance and ensure that both you and the team reach your goals.

Salary: Fixed base salary + attractive commission model – You will receive a secure base salary as well as the opportunity to earn extra based on both your own sales and the team's performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is outgoing and social
• Has experience in field sales and leadership
• Speaks fluent Swedish
• Is results-oriented
• Enjoys being part of a sales team where you support and motivate each other. 
• Has a driver's license

Who are we?

We are Quna, a microbrewery in Mölnlycke that produces kombucha! Kombucha is a fermented tea drink that is both delicious and healthy! We are already one of Sweden's largest kombucha producers and have sold to over 300 businesses and 10,000 private individuals. 

What will you be selling?

When you visit customers, you will bring samples with you so they can experience how good our drink is before they order it. The feedback from customers is fantastic – kombucha is highly sought after.
