Your new job

ECIT is an outsourcing company in accounting, payroll, and IT. We operate throughout Sweden and are constantly growing in our development of the company. Therefore, we are now looking for an experienced payroll consultant for our office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, who wants to join us on our journey, with a flexible solution to work both on-site and from home. Despite our growth, we cherish a family-like culture and have employees with high competence. We strive to continuously develop, think outside the box, and find the best solutions for qualitative work methods.

In your role as a payroll consultant with us, you will play a key role in our team. You will have contact with several different clients where you will be responsible for managing and executing payroll calculations and ensuring compliance with regulations and agreements. You will also work with advisory and support for our clients to ensure smooth and efficient payroll management. Therefore, you should have good experience in payroll work with a habit of being responsible for the entire payroll process.

In this work, it is of great importance to understand the value of working efficiently and business-minded in a team, always with the customer's best interest in mind.

Qualifications

• Degree in payroll from a vocational training program, university, or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in independent payroll work.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience as a payroll consultant in an agency and experience working with systems such as Hogia or Agda.
