Alrp is the specialist in the ice cream and coffee industry. Please read more on our website. In your role as a receptionist, you will have a varied job with many different tasks. Your main responsibility will be to staff the reception where you will welcome customers. You will independently carry out your tasks. The position requires that you are comfortable taking your own initiatives and that you proactively find solutions to issues that arise. In addition, you are resilient to stress and have good prioritization skills. We would like you to have previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, refer and answer questions
  • Manage the telephone switchboard
  • Handle work emails and case management tools
  • Place orders
  • Book shipments
  • Product display in the store

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a student at a post-secondary level or has another primary occupation
  • Has experience as a receptionist.
  • Has experience providing service to others.
  • Has experience working in service and with administrative tasks
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English as it is required to perform the tasks
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office and handles digital tools well

It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Visma Administration
  • Experience with telephone switchboards
  • Previous knowledge as a barista
  • Experience working in sales or as a store assistant
