Estimate Manager

Your Role

We need to strengthen our team with an Estimate Manager. As an Estimate Manager with us, you will lead and distribute the work of developing estimates and resource assurances within the Airframe and General Systems department. You will collaborate with overall estimate managers within Aeronautics, technical support, and our department managers. The documentation you contribute will define our execution!

Summary of Responsibilities

• Participate in the projectification of ordered and decided assignments
• Cost estimates to quote customers as well as for internal investigations
• Respond to requests for resources within our department
• Identification of risks and opportunities
• Planning of estimate assignments

In our department, we support each other in our various roles as Change Monitor, Master Planning, and Estimate Manager. We all work under the same roof. Therefore, in your role, you will work a lot in teams and receive substantial support from your colleagues in other areas of expertise.

Your Profile

For this role, we see that you have at least 5 years of experience in estimation and resource assurance work, preferably within industrial operations.

We also expect you to have the following competencies and/or experiences:

• Post-secondary education in economics, industrial economics, or strategic purchasing.
• Ability to describe and communicate estimation responses to other professions within the organization.
• Familiarity with working in the Office suite.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is considered an advantage if you have an aviation technical background and/or experience with the economic and follow-up system Antura.
