Your tasks

As part of our work to streamline the maintenance of our property portfolio, we are now creating a new position: Property Surveyor.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting and registering data in our maintenance system, both from the inventory and from various systems and documents
  • Conducting systematic surveys of properties

The role involves broad contact areas and you will work closely with both property managers and our property department, primarily our maintenance strategist.

The position is part of the housing organization and you will report to one of the district managers.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of building technology and experience from the construction or property industry. You likely have an education in property management, construction technology, or similar, and have extensive experience working systematically in various data systems. As a person, you are both cooperative and independent – you enjoy building relationships but also have the ability to take significant personal responsibility and initiative. The position requires good administrative skills, great accuracy, and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

A valid driver's license and access to a car are required for the position.
