About the role
In the role of administrator, you will handle various administrative tasks and customer inquiries related to one of Tekniska verken's business areas, Water and Waste. You will have close collaboration with your team daily, as well as with other parts of Tekniska verken's operations.
You will, among other things:
respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
provide feedback to customers based on information from our contractors
perform data maintenance and updates in systems
create documentation for invoicing and compile data in Excel
work with other administrative tasks
You will work on-site at Tekniska verken at Brogatan 1 in Linköping, but will be employed as a consultant at OnePartnerGroup. The position is full-time, and you will work office hours, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. The assignment extends from spring 2025 for six months, with a chance of extension.
About you
We are looking for someone who has at least a high school diploma and very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as basic knowledge of English. If you also have work experience in administration or customer service, that is a significant advantage. As a person, you are service-oriented and can adapt your message to different individuals, as you will have many different points of contact. You enjoy collaborating with others while also liking to independently drive your work forward. To succeed in this role, you also need to have a good ability to create structure and an interest in digitizing and streamlining administrative processes.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We see it as a given that you can easily familiarize yourself with both new systems and new tasks and have good knowledge of the Office suite. You also hold a B driver's license.
