In this role, you will be a key player in our B2B customer base team, consisting of ten people and reporting to the Head of Customer Base Management. The team works to maximize the value of our existing customer base and provide the sales and marketing organization with insights that strengthen the business. As one of four Business Analysts, you will work closely with our sales teams for small and medium-sized enterprises and ensure they have the right materials to prioritize customers, drive upselling, and maximize efficiency in our sales channels. You combine strategic and operational work, optimizing the sales process through analysis, segmentation, and data-driven follow-up.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Optimize sales quality – analyze sales activities and ensure that the right customers are reached at the right time.
  • Create data-driven decision support – develop insights and reports that help the sales department make smarter decisions.
  • Segmentation and analysis – identify customer groups with high potential for extensions and add-ons.
  • Develop and optimize propensity models – predict customer behaviors and improve sales strategies.
  • Analyze won and lost deals – identify areas for improvement and ensure an efficient sales process.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes – follow up that guidelines and strategies are implemented correctly.

Who are you

We are looking for an analytical and business-driven person with technical understanding and a keen eye for numbers. You thrive in a role where you work with large data sets, create insights, and deliver strategic materials that strengthen sales. You have experience working closely with sales organizations and producing relevant analyses and follow-ups that optimize sales efforts. A background in Business Analytics, preferably within subscription-based businesses and B2B, is an advantage. You are used to handling large data sets and have basic coding skills. Building and maintaining propensity models is something you have experience with, and you have an academic background in economics, engineering, or a related field.

Furthermore, you have excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint (required), and experience from the telecommunications industry is an advantage but not a must. We prefer that you have at least a couple of years of relevant work experience.
