We are looking for a customer booking agent for our client in the telecom sector.

The company provides comprehensive solutions in telephony and switchboards for businesses. Through free analyses and collaboration with all major operators, the company can always present the best solutions for customers. The company has been in existence for over 10 years and has extensive experience in the industry.

As a customer booking agent, you will contact businesses, conduct a quick needs analysis, and then schedule a meeting for one of our account managers. The responsible salesperson will then visit to sell the product. You will only call companies with 5 or more employees, and you will use an easy-to-understand CRM system to assist you in your work. You will have access to a simple analysis system that also helps you in your contact with customers. We work full-time from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

We offer:

• We continuously conduct training to further develop our staff, creating a good foundation for advancement within the company.
• You will have a fixed salary of 22,000 + commission and attractive competitions.

We are looking for someone who wants to work with the phone as a tool and is not afraid to create new contacts over the phone. You should be social and fluent in Swedish.

We want you to have at least 6 months of experience in sales or booking from previous work.
