We are now looking for a driven and engaged Part-time Salesperson for our showroom in Mölndal!

We are an e-commerce company that takes the next step by investing in physical showrooms. The majority of our customers shop online, but some need extra help, advice, or inspiration. Therefore, we have showrooms around the country where customers can receive personal service and support in their projects.

About the position As a Salesperson at Bygghemma, you play a central role in guiding our customers through their projects with the help of one of the strongest and widest assortments of home products in the Nordics.

For us, customer satisfaction is as important as the service we provide. By creating positive experiences, we build long-term relationships and returning customers. In your role, you guide the customer through the entire purchasing journey and ensure a safe and well-founded purchase, tailored to their needs and wishes.

You have the support of engaged colleagues, a well-functioning support structure, and our suppliers, with whom you regularly collaborate to ensure the best possible service and advice.

The salary is fixed, with a variable part based on both customer satisfaction and results.

About you We are looking for someone with a passion for sales and a constant focus on business, where you are always looking for opportunities to develop it. You thrive on the idea of combining sales, service, and customer focus successfully. Experience in sales is an advantage, but even more important is a strong interest in our products and a willingness to constantly learn more.

Building contacts, creating relationships, and nurturing them is something you value. You are communicative and social in your interactions with customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a person, you are ambitious and always take personal ownership of your own knowledge development.
