Got Event is the City of Gothenburg's event and arena company, managing some of Sweden's most beloved arenas: Scandinavium, Ullevi, Gamla Ullevi, Frölundaborg, Bravida Arena, Valhallarinken, Valhallabadet, Valhalla IP, and Valhalla Sporthallar. Strong brands that all contribute to making Gothenburg an attractive and exciting city to live in, work in, and visit.

We also organize, together with the Swedish Equestrian Federation, the Gothenburg Horse Show, which is one of the world's premier indoor equestrian competitions.

We have been environmentally certified according to Swedish Environmental Base since 2004 and conduct active sustainability work, with everything we do permeated by sustainable development.

Every year, approximately 2 million people visit around 400 sports and entertainment events at our arenas. Additionally, we welcome nearly half a million bath visitors to Valhallabadet each year.

The company has a turnover of about 300 million SEK and we are around 140 employees who give their all to create good conditions for hosting world-class events. We often say that we contribute to creating magical moments!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Equestrian sports, football matches, world-class concerts, ice hockey, and much more. With us, you will experience a mix of exciting events while contributing to creating a vibrant event Gothenburg. Our ambition is to create magical moments for everyone!

As a customer service representative in our ticket offices, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Work in Got Event's ticket offices on event days
  • Assist with questions and provide information about events and tickets
  • Direct sales of tickets to customers
  • Be the face of Got Event and contribute to ensuring guests receive a warm welcome

QUALIFICATIONS

As a customer service representative, you contribute to ensuring that event visitors and guests receive the best possible service. Therefore, it is important that you have a positive attitude and are service-oriented.

To thrive in this role, it is important to be flexible, solution-oriented, and able to handle stress, as unforeseen situations may arise. Furthermore, you are a team player who values collaboration with your colleagues.

Some computer skills are required as the role primarily involves working with various ticket systems. Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.

Language skills beyond Swedish and English are a plus.

Since the work is mainly scheduled for evenings and weekends, it is required that you are available during these times. At certain times, daytime work may also occur.

As a part-time employee, you work when the business has an increased need. You apply for shifts published in Time Care Pool and will be booked in advance.
