ABOUT THE POSITION

Ziklo Bank (formerly Volvofinans Bank) is a tech company with a banking license in Gothenburg, the mobility bank in the green city. As a customer service representative, you will work with customer care and upselling to both private and corporate clients. You will have the opportunity to assist their customers with everything from invoice inquiries, car financing, and credits to guidance in the app and digital wallets.

We are now looking for full-time customer service representatives starting April 22. You will be part of a team of engaged and knowledgeable colleagues, where the atmosphere is great and colleagues ensure they have fun together as a team. For professional and personal development, you will receive support from managers, colleagues, and the department's coaches. The position will begin with an introduction to create the best conditions for your continued development within the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and provide the best possible service in conversations with the company's customers, partners, and dealers
• Handle invoice inquiries, car financing, and credits to guidance in the app and digital wallets
• Offer additional services to deliver an even better experience and service

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has completed upper secondary education
• Has fluent language skills in Swedish & English, both spoken & written as required in daily work
• Has good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Has previous experience in a service-oriented role

We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of conversation techniques and sales. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability for the position. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and has a strong interest in customers. You find it easy to collaborate in a team and thrive in a problem-solving role with the phone as your primary working tool.
