ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Key Account Assistant, you play a key role in maintaining and developing relationships with our existing customers. Your primary focus will be to contact customers who have not yet upgraded their hardware and ensure they can continue using our services without interruption. You will work closely with the sales team and provide valuable customer insights while managing customer dialogues independently.
This is a temporary position for 3 months with a chance of extension. You will be based at the office in Borås and become part of a collaborative team with colleagues in different locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Contact existing customers to inform and facilitate their hardware upgrades
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights from customer dialogues
- Use CRM tools to document customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups
- Keep the team updated on customer status and any challenges
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a completed high school education
- Has strong social and interpersonal skills and is good at building relationships
- Is comfortable communicating over the phone and can handle different types of customer calls
- Is structured and detail-oriented with a good ability to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously
- Has experience working in CRM systems to track and document customer data
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
It is a merit if you have:
- Knowledge of Danish, Finnish, Polish, or German
- Studied a post-secondary education in service/sales
