We are now looking for an employee for Spare Parts Support in Gothenburg. Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks / Logisnext Sweden AB is part of the global group Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and we deliver electric forklifts to companies in Sweden to sustainably move materials.

About the job As an employee in our spare parts department, you will primarily work with order reception/support for spare parts via phone/email, purchasing spare parts for the local warehouse, pricing spare parts, and various administrative tasks related to spare parts management.

You will be part of a team with 4 other employees who all help each other. We offer We are a flat and unpretentious organization and are well established in the Swedish market. We want to work closely with our customers and strive to provide unparalleled service regardless of the situation.

Your profile For this role, you need to have a good technical understanding and interest, as well as experience in some type of support function. If you come from the forklift industry and/or have an understanding of warehousing and logistics, it is an advantage, and with the right drive, attitude, and curiosity, we believe you will succeed even if you come from other industries.

We wish that you have good computer skills, primarily within the Office suite (Excel). You need a good understanding and communication ability in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
