Are you a relationship builder driven by making deals? Do you like technology and want to work for a growing company? We at TJB are looking for a driven salesperson who, together with us, wants to establish our fastening solutions for solar panels, roof accessories, and roof safety for roofers across Sweden. This is the role for you who is proactive and wants to help develop both your role and the company you represent.

What you will do
You will be part of the sales organization at TJB and be part of the business area Solentra, which drives the development and sales of our solar panel fastening systems. The customer group within Solentra currently consists of solar wholesalers and solar installers. Your primary focus will be to establish us with a new customer group, namely roofers working on low-slope roofs.
More specifically, you will work with our products within roof accessories, roof safety, and our soon-to-be-launched solar panel fastening for low-slope roofs. You will independently manage the entire sales process, from prospecting, scheduling meetings, and customer meetings to training, creating quotes, and closing deals. At the same time, you will collaborate closely with other colleagues.
Your main tasks include:
- Establishing and developing customer relationships
- Prospecting and acquiring new customers
- Analyzing existing and potential customer needs and presenting relevant solutions
- Driving the sales of our new solar panel fastening, our roof safety, and our roof accessories
- Planning and conducting customer meetings and training
- Actively contributing to TJB's set goals, growth, and profitability in your role as responsible salesperson
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is a salesperson to the core – energetic, fearless, self-driven, but at the same time a sympathetic team player who spreads energy to those around you. You thrive in the field and are driven to create relationships and make deals.
If you also have a technical interest and experience from the construction or roofing industry, it is a great advantage, but the cultural match between us as a company and you as a colleague is the most important for us. That said, we believe you will adapt to the role faster and succeed better if you possess the following skills and qualities:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in proactive sales (B2B)
- Preferably living in Herrljunga or nearby
- Ability to plan your day effectively and work in a structured manner
- A positive energy that is contagious and a desire to build long-term relationships
- Good technical understanding – preferably within construction or a related industry
- A team player who understands the importance of both individual and collective contributions
- Driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays
- Meticulous in your follow-up and creative in overcoming sales obstacles and objections
- Good computer skills
- Speaks and writes professional Swedish
