We are looking for a structured and committed project coordinator with 2–5 years of experience from technology-related environments such as manufacturing, logistics, testing, or product development. The role offers a dynamic workday with great responsibility and good development opportunities. You will be a key player in exciting projects related to purchasing and product development, where you will have the opportunity to contribute both operationally and strategically.

This is a junior-level role where we are looking for someone who can provide support in project coordination and purchasing-related tasks. You will work on following up on various parts of the projects, coordinating activities, and ensuring that the right tools and systems are used to ensure an efficient flow.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, communicative, and has a sense of order and structure. You work independently, take your own initiatives, and thrive in collaboration with different roles and departments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of background in project coordination within industry, logistics, or product development • Experience working with purchasing processes, project management, and planning • Good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally with different parties

Desirable

It is desirable if you have worked with one or more of the following systems: • GPS (Global Purchasing System) – for managing purchasing flows • MS Project – for project planning and follow-up • SCORE – for structured project management • ProTOM – related to processes in product development • GLORIA – for product data management • DVP Process – verification and validation processes
