What does your new role as an Inside Sales Representative look like?

In the role of inside sales representative, you will play an important part in our sales organization. You will offer alarm solutions that meet customer needs and work towards clear sales targets. You will actively manage and follow up with potential customers who have previously shown interest in our home alarm systems, focusing on converting their curiosity into a safe and long-term solution.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with an interest in sales and a strong drive to exceed goals. You are a skilled communicator who easily builds trust and engagement with customers. It is important that you enjoy working in a structured and results-oriented manner. Experience working with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and telemarketing is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

We have high demands for our employees' security and confidentiality awareness. Therefore, to work at Sector Alarm, a satisfactory extract from the police criminal record is also required.
