We continue our growth journey and are now looking for someone with sales experience, who speaks Norwegian and is interested in technology. YOUR NEW POSITION:

You will be part of our Nordic inside sales team and will work towards the Norwegian construction industry. Our team consults companies regarding software and services that help our customers optimize their workflows. In the role of inside sales representative at Symetri, you will primarily work with your own customer base in the Norwegian market and be responsible for the entire sales process. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Further developing the existing customer base, driving sales of software and services from Symetri.
  • Driving new sales through follow-up of leads.

About the team:

Symetri's Nordic inside sales team consists of about 10 employees. We have a very good team spirit where everyone helps each other succeed, and we have a high ceiling. We collaborate closely with other sales teams, and you will also have a Norwegian sales team that you work closely with.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

To succeed in the role of inside sales representative at Symetri, it is crucial that you:

  • Have a few years of experience in pure sales and/or from a service profession that includes sales.
  • Are positive, fearless, and driven, and enjoy working in a team.
  • Have good knowledge of Norwegian in both spoken and written form, as well as basic knowledge of Swedish and English.
  • Have good computer skills, with experience in CRM and business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar being an advantage.
  • Have technical understanding, with experience from the construction industry being a plus.
LOCATION:

The position is based at Symetri's office in Gothenburg.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a direct recruitment, which means that Friday and our client Symetri jointly handle the recruitment process, but you will be employed directly by Symetri.
