Responsibilities and Goals
As the Marketing Manager at Borås Zoo and Camping, you will plan, implement, and further develop marketing efforts across various channels. You will drive and develop marketing strategies and campaigns with a clear focus on business development and the visitor experience. An important part of your work will be to act as a requirements setter towards external agencies and partners to ensure that communication is effective and consistent. At the same time, you will be responsible for in-house production of content, including video material and other digital communication.
You will produce and edit seamless material for social media, web, and other platforms. The role also includes responsibility for coordinating the graphic profile and communication strategies to maintain a strong and cohesive brand presence. You will lead and support a marketing coordinator in daily operations. You report to the Marketing Manager.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in strategic and operational marketing as well as a good understanding of how different marketing channels interact to create a holistic experience. You are business-driven and understand how marketing contributes to the organization's results. Working data-driven and analyzing visitor data and sales figures to optimize various efforts is a natural part of your working method.
You have a strong eye for color, form, and design and can ensure that all communication maintains high quality. We see that you have good knowledge of relevant design and layout tools such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, as well as experience in video editing in programs like Adobe Premiere Pro. If you also have experience from the tourism industry or other experience-based businesses, we consider it a merit.
You enjoy working independently but also find it easy to collaborate in a team. Driving projects from idea to execution is something you have experience with. You are used to collaborating with external actors and setting requirements in a professional manner. Does this sound like an exciting challenge for you?
