Martin Koch High School is currently looking for a special educator!

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to student learning, as you will be a key person in the school's preventive and health-promoting work. As a special educator, you will work closely with the student health team and the principal. Your role includes creating structures for our students who need special support. You will lead the work on additional support and special adaptations, conduct assessments, and create action plans in collaboration with various parties. You will work with students who are both in introductory programs and in national programs. You will meet students with a special educational approach, where you can meet their needs and wishes with flexible and individualized solutions that promote their development.

Together with the school's student health team, you will drive the school's development forward to create an accessible education for all. Instruction takes place both individually, in smaller groups, and in classrooms. To succeed in your role as a special educator, we expect you to be a clear leader with the ability to create and maintain good relationships with students, staff, and guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed special educator.

We consider it an advantage if you have competence in various methods based on current research.

Unqualified candidates may be offered a term/year employment agreement by mutual agreement.

A criminal record extract is required for employment.
