Inagården's operations started in 1998 with one care place and has since grown and developed to consist of a total of 40 care places distributed between Tärnsjö and Älvkarleby. Our work over the years has led to outstanding individual results. We work according to a milieu therapeutic approach and apply methods such as LAB, ESL, and MI in our daily work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a residential assistant at Inagården is largely practical milieu therapeutic work. Among other things, it involves working towards set treatment goals, documenting, listening, and providing support to the residents through a professional approach. You will provide them with support in daily tasks to create a functioning daily rhythm and motivate them to participate in activities, such as outdoor excursions, training, swimming, cooking, daily occupations, etc.

We continuously work on the development of the operations and our employees, offering training, supervision, and individual professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are currently looking for staff for on-call/hourly employment. We especially seek those who can work during the summer as well.

We would like you to have education or experience in social work.
