Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work with a 65-year-old man living in Enköping, who has previously suffered a stroke that changed his life.

To thrive in the role of personal assistant, you enjoy working with people, you like to come up with activities but can also take the day as it comes - being a bit spontaneous in everyday life.

You always work with your heart and with great commitment to what you do. You are present, flexible, and meticulous in your personality and character.

You who are applying fit the following criteria:

• Have a driver's license (manual) and access to a car
• Have an eye for what needs to be done in a home
• Have the ability to adapt to different situations
• Talkative and positive
• Have great respect for the client's right to self-determination
• Be a reliable colleague who can collaborate
• Have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

Working hours include every Monday from 08:00 to 17:00, as well as every other Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of extra hours and a fixed schedule during the summer.
