About the position Dalilagården is a family-oriented treatment unit located about 25 km east of Uppsala, situated in a two-story villa.

The unit is aimed at young people aged 15-19 with self-destructive behaviors in various forms and emotional regulation issues. We work systematically based on the social services' assignment with individual treatment where each client has their own implementation plan tailored to their needs. We work in teams where contact persons/treatment providers, psychologists/therapists, nurses, and doctors collaborate to provide the best care for the client based on their circumstances and situation.

Dalilagården is HBTQI-certified and accepts youth regardless of gender identity or expression, as well as transgender youth.

We work using methods such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and elements of DBT. The foundation is a structured and predictable daily life where the youth meet staff and other adults as positive role models in various situations.

As a night treatment educator at Dalilagården, you will primarily work with: - Creating a sense of security through supervision and care - HSL interventions - Documentation - Daily chores are also included in the job.

We are mainly looking for you who are a treatment educator/social educator and have experience working in HVB. We also welcome interest from those with other qualifications such as social workers, behavioral scientists, or other documented experience.

It is also advantageous if you: - have experience working in treatment for children and youth within the target group - have experience in CBT, DBT, MI, and/or other evidence-based methods - have experience in documentation work and medication management.
