Sankta Maria group home opened in the spring of 2011 and is an LSS residence with space for five young adults with various disabilities. Within the multi-house S:ta Maria, there are a preschool, school (F-4), after-school care, rental apartments, movement hall, chapel, restaurant, and café. The main operator of the group home is Knivsta parish, Church of Sweden.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a residential support worker during the summer when the regular staff is on vacation. Your tasks will be to support and inspire the residents in their daily lives, which means that working hours will be scheduled for days, evenings, nights, and weekends. The work includes all conceivable support in daily life based on the residents' implementation plans, personal hygiene, escorting to leisure activities, practical chores in the individual's home, and social interaction.

The job requires that you are responsible, empathetic, and have personal maturity. We actively work with our values and place great importance on participation and co-determination.

• Is or is studying to become a nursing assistant, childcare worker, or has similar education
• Has a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people
• Has good collaboration skills while also being able to work independently
• Has great patience
• Is secure and stable and has a good ability to set boundaries
• Is flexible and can prioritize and adapt work methods based on existing or emerging needs
• Has a B driver's license

Employment rate

Hourly employment during the summer of 2025 with the possibility of continuation in the fall.

Salary according to agreement. We apply individual salary setting.
