SAAND Assistans AB operates in personal assistance, escort services, and household services. We currently have offices in Uppsala, Sundsvall, Solna, and Örebro, with our headquarters in Linköping.

We are looking for someone who is interested in helping a person with an acquired brain injury, has empathy, is unpretentious, and can adapt to the customer's needs.
It is beneficial if you have a pedagogical approach, can be one step ahead, and are flexible. Someone who sees solutions instead of obstacles.

You will be part of an experienced team of nearly 10 people who work with the customer around the clock, where most of the working hours are double-staffed, and the support and special competence you need for the job are available in the workgroup.

You need to be a calm and stable person and be able to work during inconvenient hours as well as during the day when the customer works in the family business and its electrical workshop three days a week.

You do not need to be an engineer but should preferably be practically inclined.

The job offers a lot of freedom and personal responsibility as you will be an important part of the customer's daily life and well-being.

You will encounter humor, loyalty, and strong camaraderie in the group.

Desired age: 30 years and older.

A driver's license and good driving experience are required.

Since the workshop is located in the countryside about 10 km from the customer's home, it also includes driving him back and forth in his own car.

Regular supervision and training are included along with the other assistants working with the customer.
