In Area 2, we will test a new role aimed at increasing competence in more complex cases, such as dementia issues and individuals with severe cognitive impairment. You will work closely with unit managers and the staff group. The assignments you receive will often involve specific and complex cases that require time and analysis in the operation. You will map the users' needs, attitudes, and pedagogical perspectives on the work. You will develop strategies and action plans for specific cases. With the support of MDU, we will research the effects of this role in the operation.

- Collaborate with other key individuals within and between departments.

You have worked with individuals with dementia and cognitive impairment, as well as challenging behaviors. You also have knowledge or experience working with documentation in public administration.
