The Position Offers

Do you want to influence and contribute to Sweden's security and ensure that we can continue to live in a democratic country? In the Swedish Armed Forces, all our employees make a difference for Sweden every day. As a professional informant, you are an important part of our effort to increase trust, showcase our operations, and create engagement for employment in the Swedish Armed Forces.

At the Life Regiment Hussars K 3, there are a number of unique capabilities as well as one of Sweden's most demanding conscription training programs. As a professional informant, you are an important ambassador for the regiment and for many, the first contact with K 3 at events or at the National Service and Assessment Agency.

About the Unit

The K 3 regimental staff consists of approximately 40 employees. As a professional informant, you will belong to the communications section (G9). G9 is responsible for driving and developing attraction and recruitment communication efforts, as well as for external and internal communication at K 3.

Main Responsibilities

Your main task is to participate in the work of continued engagement. The work is led by a recruitment coordinator who will be your closest colleague. Continued engagement means that you work internally within the Swedish Armed Forces, primarily with conscripts, to show which parts of the Armed Forces could be the next step for them.

You will also staff local and central events and fairs, and participate in admission tests at the National Service and Assessment Agency. The place of employment is Karlsborg, and you will also experience other environments, as business trips are included in your assignment.

You will also drive your own projects and be responsible for, for example, coordinating internships at the unit.

Additionally, you will participate in admission tests at the National Service and Assessment Agency where you support and talk to the called.

As a professional informant in the communications section G9, you will also be part of the daily communication work, which involves being out in our operations and documenting in images and text. It is therefore beneficial if you have an interest in photography and are accustomed to handling a system camera, as well as basic photo editing.

To enable you to perform your tasks in the best way, you will receive training on what it means to work as a professional informant once you start your employment.
