The role of CTO

As CTO at Quantum Services, you will have overall responsibility for our technical strategy and platform architecture.

Your responsibilities include:

Develop and implement the technical strategy in line with our business goals.
Develop, Lead and motivate our team.
Ensure high quality, stability and performance.
Decide on the choice of technology stack, tools and architecture.
Work closely with business managers to prioritize backlog and roadmap.
Follow up technical KPIs and continuously improve our processes.

Our technical environment

We currently mainly work with:

Languages and frameworks: Python, C#, Jquery, ASP.NET, Java
Architecture: Web applications, APIs, cloud-based solutions
Processes: Agile way of working, continuous integration and delivery

Your profile

We are looking for you as:

Has deep knowledge and experience of Programming Languages and modern web development.
Is used to making strategic technical decisions and translating them into concrete plans.
Has a coaching leadership and is passionate about developing others.
Is solution-oriented, innovative and enjoys working in a fast-changing environment.
Has good ability to communicate in English.
